The best way to do this is to count up five degrees using the Major Scale, which is spaced Whole, Whole, Half, Whole, Whole, Whole, Half.

Because we are not using the entire scale, we only need intervals Whole, Whole, Half, Whole.

For example, if you started on Db, you would go up a whole step to Eb, a whole step to F, a half step to Gb, and a whole step to Ab.
