  1. The difference between chords and arpeggios:
    A chord is a group of notes that are played at the same time. The most common chords are triads, which are made from grabbing the first, third, and fifths notes from a scale. When you play all three notes at the same time, we call it a chord. When you play the individual notes one at a time, we call it an arpeggio.
